We are sorry to hear that you are having difficulties with your PROVA®  purchase. Please follow the simple steps below to file a warranty claim, and we will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

If your product has not been registered yet, please follow this PROVA Warranty Registration  to complete that process before proceeding.

Below you will find a list of everything that is needed to submit a claim. Once you have the necessary information, please click the button below to start your claim. We will accept legible photos of documents, including those taken with mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.

Please upload a maximum of three high-resolution images that clearly depict the area of the product or installation failure. Clearer images will allow us to assist you faster.
